Devin Lavigne is a nationally recognized innovative leader in the field of urban planning, with special expertise in urban design, physical planning, graphic communication, GIS, and 3D development visualization. Co-founder of Houseal Lavigne Associates, a National Planning Excellence Award recipient, Devin has directed hundreds of urban planning assignments, using groundbreaking techniques and approaches. Devin is a part of SketchUp’s Visiting Professional Program and has is an adjunct lecturer at Penn State University, and the Urbana-Champaign and Chicago campuses of the University of Illinois.
