Photographs are one of the more powerful (and underused) modeling assets at your disposal in SketchUp. Whether you are creating site context or trying to imbue interior space with materiality and feeling, photographic imagery can improve your modeling efficiency and quality of your outcomes. In this presentation, you will learn how to create background from site photography to assist in view studies and establish a sense of place. This session will also demonstrate how to use SketchUp’s Match Photo capability to create compelling furniture or object models from imported images. If you’ve been looking for ways to bring your models ‘to life’ in SketchUp, this session is for you!
