The look and feel of your renderings can make or break a design proposal. In this ahnds-on workshop shows you will learn how to combine the best of SketchUp and Procreate on iPad to deliver professional, artistic renderings in record time. We’ll create hand-drawn renderings depicting three seasons that are compelling enough to sell your design, but vague enough to maintain your design options.
An overview of what you will learn:
- Generating the core linework line drawing using Styles and Scenes
- Selecting and customizing the Sketchy Edges Pen in Procreate
- Exporting the final Sketchup scene to Procreate via iCloud Drive
- Adjusting the line scale multiplier to regulate the line weight of the scene
- Creating the Winter Moonlight rendering (1st of 3 seasons we’ll create)
- Using the Procreate color sampler to “borrow” inspiring color pallettes
- Adding landscape context and entourage in Procreate
- Creating and manipulating interior lighting effects by hand
- Creating shadow effects by hand

NOTE: For this class you will need your own iPad running SketchUp and Procreate.
