Tiny houses are a great way to live a simple lifestyle, but designing one to fit your needs can be a real challenge. This workshop will demonstrate how to use SketchUp for fitting big ideas into your small space. Learn to use your model across multiple tiny house construction phases, including purchasing material and specifying appliances, framing walls, integrating plumbing and electrical systems, and ultimately, choosing a parking spot. In this session Joel Newman will guide you through his tiny house modeling project, working through the challenges you may encounter working on a small project with a high level of detail and and identifying SketchUp modeling strategies to set you up for success including methods for setting up scenes with styles, using section cuts, and positioning cameras to best navigate small spaces.

NOTE: For this class you will need your own computer running SketchUp 2021/2022 Pro.
